The Blarney Canning Co. was one of innumerable brilliant notions conceived in the mischievous minds of John McCain and Gary Girard.  Since 1962, proceeds from the sale of Blarney Canning Co. products have supported the Emmetsburg St. Patrick's Association and their efforts to preserve community history and promote community development.
